WebTrax To use WEBTRAX you must log into your GOLDENGATE account.

WEBTRAX will search for orders using your GOLDENRAM customer number that is setup in your GOLDENGATE account. You can narrow the search to a specific Order Number, Invoice Number or Purchase Order Number by entering that number in the appropriate field above. On the results page by clicking on the invoice number link, you will be able to view the invoice on-line. This will give you the detail of what parts were shipped. If the order was shipped via UPS or FedEx, you will be able to track the package via the tracking number link to their web site. We update our tracking records when your shipment is assigned its tracking number, so when tracking packages leaving our warehouse today, you may find that the tracking number has not shown up on the carrier's site yet. In that case just check again later.
